The two circles seen in the lower portion of the lot are trademark pieces of the Oregon State Fairgrounds site. Each dirt island is used for a variety of loops – one of which is off camber, adding an extra challenge in carrying speed around it.
If you want space, OSF is the place!
The Oregon State Fairgrounds is another permanent venue of WMC. It’s one of the largest sites in the area, and has quite a few unique features that make any course (and designing a course) a challenge.
The pavement in the main area of the site needs a bit of love, but over the last year we have added another portion of the lot (the square section in the lower left corner of the site) that has allowed us to run longer courses, with nice pavement on at least a portion of it.
